Direction
We get specific about the man you’re building toward — values, standards, and a vision concrete enough to make decisions against. Vague goals produce vague lives.
Men’s Life Coaching
You’re capable, you work hard, and somewhere along the way the direction went out of it. This is one-on-one coaching for men who want their life back on purpose — clarity first, then the discipline and confidence to carry it.
30 minutes. No cost. No pressure. A straight conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

Sound familiar?
Nothing is obviously broken. You show up, you provide, you handle what’s in front of you. And still there’s a gap between the life you’re living and the one you actually meant to build.
That gap doesn’t close by working harder. It closes when you get honest about where you’re headed, build a plan you believe in, and have someone in your corner who won’t let you quietly drop it in week three.
The work
Direction before discipline, discipline before leadership. Skip a stage and the whole thing collapses the first hard week — which is why most self-improvement pushes fail.
We get specific about the man you’re building toward — values, standards, and a vision concrete enough to make decisions against. Vague goals produce vague lives.
Habits and systems built for your actual week, not an ideal one. The test isn’t whether they work when you’re motivated; it’s whether they hold when you’re not.
You lead yourself first. Then it shows up where it matters — as a husband, a father, a man other people can rely on to do what he said he would.
Someone who knows the plan, notices when you go quiet, and asks the question you were hoping to avoid. This is the part you can’t do alone, and it’s the part that works.
What you get
This is a structured one-on-one program, not a course you work through alone and not a generic curriculum I hand to every man who shows up.
We start by defining the man you’re working to become, then close the gap with deliberate weekly work. You’ll leave every session knowing exactly what you’re doing before the next one — and I’ll know too.
Everything starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. No commitment, no payment, no pressure — just an honest read on whether this is the right work for you right now.
If you’ve built habits on how you feel and watched them collapse in week three, there’s a short read on why — and what to build instead.
Be honest with yourself
How it works
No funnels, no pressure tactics, no 14-step onboarding. Here’s the whole thing.
Thirty minutes. We talk about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I’m the right person to help you get there. No cost, no obligation.
Together we build a personalized growth plan — an honest starting point, a clear destination, and the specific steps between the two.
Weekly coaching, real accountability, and a plan that adapts as you do. You bring the effort; I make sure it lands where it counts.
The first step costs nothing but 30 minutes.

Questions
No. Therapy looks backward to heal what happened to you; coaching looks forward to build what’s next. We work on direction, habits, decisions and follow-through.
The two aren’t in competition, and plenty of men do both. If something comes up in our work that belongs with a licensed therapist, I’ll say so plainly rather than pretend I’m qualified to handle it.
Yes — and that’s most of the men I work with. Nothing is on fire. The job is fine, the family is fine, and there’s a quiet sense that this isn’t the life you meant to build.
Waiting for a crisis to justify getting help is how a flat year turns into a flat decade.
The sessions themselves are the small part. The real work happens in the week between them, and it’s designed to fit a full life — shift work, kids, a business, all of it.
If you can’t protect a couple of hours a week for your own life, that’s worth talking about on the discovery call before you commit to anything.
That’s the starting point, not a disqualifier. Most men arrive able to describe what they don’t want in detail and what they do want not at all.
The first phase of the work exists to fix exactly that — we get specific about the man you’re building toward before we build any plan to get there.
No. The fire service is my background and it shapes how I coach, but this program is for any man who wants to close the gap between who he is and who he intends to be — tradesmen, dads, owners, professionals, guys mid-career-change.
My faith is part of who I am and it shapes how I coach — I believe every man was created for a purpose, and the work is about becoming who he was made to be. That said, I coach men of every background and no background. If faith matters to you, it’ll be part of the conversation. If it doesn’t, the work still works.
Groups are good for belonging and courses are good for information. Neither one knows your specific life, and neither one notices when you quietly stop. This is one-on-one: a plan built around you, and a person who holds you to it. If you’re looking for community rather than coaching, I’ll say so and point you somewhere good.
The discovery call is free. Coaching is a weekly one-on-one commitment and priced as one; I’ll give you a straight number on the call once I understand what you’re working on, rather than a figure on a website that has to fit every man who reads it.
Thirty minutes, no cost, no pitch deck. You tell me where you are and what you want to change. I ask questions. By the end you’ll have a clearer read on your own situation whether or not we work together.
If I’m not the right coach for what you need, I’ll tell you that on the call.
