Ignite Coaching (“we”, “us”) operates igniteformen.ca. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, why, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
When you download the checklist: your first name and email address, and which page you requested it from.
When you send a message: your name, email address, what you’re working on, and whatever you write in the message.
When you book a call: booking is handled by CalendarHero on their platform. Their privacy policy governs the information you enter there; we receive the booking details (name, email, chosen time) to run the call.
Automatically: the site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving the font files. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
- To send you the checklist you asked for — one email, no sequence.
- To reply to your message.
- To run the discovery call you booked.
- To keep a record of coaching clients we work with, as any business does.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a newsletter you didn’t ask for. If we ever start one, it will be opt-in.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service and delivered to our email. Bookings are processed by CalendarHero. Email is hosted by our email provider. Each of these handles data under their own policies and none of them are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and download requests: until they’re no longer needed to respond to you, then deleted. Coaching client records: for the duration of the engagement and as long afterwards as tax and business record-keeping requires.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mathew@igniteformen.ca and we’ll deal with it promptly. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation) governs how we handle personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
